Currently no channel hold free rights for the EFL Cup matches, but you can get free match highlights on UK channel (Quest TV). In some countries tv rights changed, In India the matches of EFL cup broadcast on (VH1) and (Jio TV). Central Asian countries the match broadcast on (Setanta Sports).
